Data collected
Through the contact form I collect your name, email address, optionally your company name and how you found me, the content of your message and the page you sent it from. If you book a call, the booking service collects your name, email and chosen time. I use no profiling cookies or advertising trackers.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
I keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and, if no working relationship follows, for no longer than 24 months.
Visit statistics
To know how many people visit the site and where they come from, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, an analytics tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data: I only see aggregated data such as pages visited, referring site, country and device type. The same statistics also cover agents.mattiaperetti.it.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; form emails are delivered through Resend; requests are stored in the Brevo CRM; calls are booked through Cal.com; spam protection and visit statistics use Cloudflare (Turnstile and Web Analytics). These providers process data only to deliver their service, possibly outside the EU, under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
